United States Shipping
We're committed to getting your CRISP POWER order to your doorstep as quickly and efficiently as possible! We currently ship to all 50 states and Puerto Rico, Monday through Friday. All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in the United States.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST on Friday will be processed the following business day. Please note there may be slight delays during peak seasons and holidays.
Important Notice for Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico
Due to the distance and logistics involved in shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico, please expect significantly longer delivery times compared to the contiguous 48 states. Delivery windows to these locations can vary widely depending on carrier availability, weather, and routing. We appreciate your patience and want to make sure you have the right expectations before placing your order!

Orders over $50, qualify for free standard US shipping on us!
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to track your package directly.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, we don't offer international shipping, but it's definitely something we're working toward!
