RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At CRISP POWER, we stand behind our Protein Pretzels with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Your experience matters to us, and we’ll always do our best to make things right.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, contact us within 30 days of purchase at support@crisppower.com and we’ll work on finding a resolution. Below is our policy for refunds and exchanges: 

GENERAL POLICY

  • All refund or exchange requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Requests must be submitted to support@crisppower.com with the following information:
    • Order number
    • Best by date and lot number (found on package)
    • Photos of the product with a clear image of the back of a bag with expiration date and lot number
  • In some cases, we may request that the product be returned before issuing a refund, exchange, or credit. Prepaid postage and instructions will be provided.
  • Our team may request additional details to help us improve future customer experiences.

REFUND & CREDIT PARAMETERS

  1. Refund Limit
    1. Refunds are available for up to $35 of the total order value.
    2. Orders above this amount may qualify for store credit or exchange only.

  2. First-Time Orders
    1. For first-time purchases, customers are encouraged to try smaller orders before placing bulk purchases.
    2. Large first-time orders (above $35) will not be refunded in full. Refunds will be capped at $35, with the remaining value eligible for store credit or exchange.

  3. Repeat Orders
    1. For repeat customers with an established order history, refunds, credits, or exchanges may be approved at the discretion of CRISP POWER, taking into account order size and reason for dissatisfaction.

  4. Bulk Purchases
    1. Orders exceeding $100 are not eligible for cash refunds. Store credit or exchange will be provided.

  5. Lost Shipments/Packages
    1. For any order with a lost shipment or package, CRISP POWER will issue a reshipment.

  6. Damaged Packages or Wrong Product Shipped
    1. For any order with a damaged package or incorrect item received, CRISP POWER will issue a reshipment. 
  7. CRISP POWER requires a picture of the damaged package or incorrect item received to process the request and to share that information with our fulfillment team.

  8. Subscription Orders
    1. Customers are responsible for managing their subscriptions through their account portal, but can reach out to support@crisppower.com if needing assistance
    2. Subscription cancellations or updates must be made before the next order processes.
    3. Once a subscription order has been processed and payment has been collected, the order cannot be cancelled, refunded, returned, or exchanged.
    4. If you no longer wish to continue receiving CRISP POWER, you must cancel the subscription before the next billing date.
    5. We do not retroactively refund processed subscription orders.

Orders exceeding $100 are not eligible for cash refunds. Store credit or exchange will be provided.

EXCLUSIONS

  • Products purchased through third-party retailers must be returned or exchanged through that retailer, subject to their policies.
  • Refunds will not be granted for issues related to taste preference if the customer has previously received a refund for the same flavor.
  • Requests that do not provide required documentation (order number, photos, best by date, lot number) may not be processed.

Store credit will be issued in the form of a digital code for use at crisppower.com.

PRODUCT(S) PURCHASED THROUGH AN APPROVED RETAILER

When purchasing any CRISP POWER products from an authorized CRISP POWER retailer, all returns/refunds/exchanges are to be processed directly through the retailer
